If you need to return any merchandise,
you must adhere to the return policy outlined below.
Note:
We
do NOT accept returns sent without a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA#).
We accept returns with the following conditions:
- All SIM cards cannot be returned and
are NOT refundable. All other items
must be unused and in 100% resalable condition and include all manuals, warranties, and accessories
included. The box must also be in perfect shape and ready for resale.
- We charge a restocking fee on all returns equal to
25% of
the net total of the returned item's retail price prior to any discount or coupons used.
You will receive a credit to your card less the 25%
restocking fee.
- If a return is necessary, you MUST
contact us within 48 hrs. of receiving the merchandise.
Failure to do so indicates that you have received the merchandise and
are fully satisfied with it. All our products comes with
manufacturer's warranty unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Any defects in the merchandise that are identified after 48 hours of
receipt MUST be taken up with the manufacturer.
You need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise
indicating your intention to return it and requesting an RMA#.
Once we issue you the RMA# you must ship the merchandise promptly
where we receive it within 7 days of you receiving the item. An additional late
return fee of 20% may be accessed for merchandise not received within
the 7 day window.
- We do not accept returns without an
RMA# with no exception. You can get one by calling us at 1-800-872-7626 or using the contact form

- All shipping charges are NOT
refundable.
- Returns received in less than perfect
condition cannot be sold as new. It will be considered used and
will be resold as such. Therefore, for such returns we will
access a used item return fee based on the condition of the
item. Such fee can amount up to the full retail value of the
item.
We will gladly accept exchanges for items damaged
on receipt or if you received something other than the exact item you
ordered. In such cases we will incur all shipping charges for both the returns and
the replacements.
Note:
Never attempt to fix damaged items yourself. It will void both our warranty and that
of the manufacturer.
